与其烦躁的逼着自己去做某些事情(如工作时卡住),不如先撒会欢 —— 随便写、玩或者休息一会(比如一个小时);如果撒欢时做的事情无关的话,就先放到一边。

即使做的事情无关,但是心情却会因此好起来,能够继续专注于工作。
